Community Energy Fortnight

This year Community Energy England’s Community Energy Fortnight theme is exploring how to #HarnessOurPower, in order to grow our resilience during this crisis and build back better. Community energy has a natural role in a just recovery and just transition, and Community Energy Fortnight will be a time to start conversations on how to #HarnessOurPower for a better future surging forwards to 2030.

Community Energy Fortnight is connecting community energy organisations and supporters together to share mutual support, learning, and ideas for how to evolve as a sector. Community energy harnesses co-operative values, which has mutual aid at its roots. We have seen some amazing stories of how you have pulled together to help alleviate COVID-19 impacts within your local communities. This demonstrates our resilience and role in ensuring we build back better and stronger out of this pandemic!
